Delivery Information

All our parcels will be sent to you by using Pos Laju Malaysia courier services. We will delivered it on Monday and Thursday every week except public holiday. Under normal circumstances, you get to receive your order within 1-3 working days (5-7 working days for East Malaysia) from the day you place your order and make payment. A signature is requested on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier (for next arrangement/self pickup).

We reserved the right to charge for postage charges if the parcel is unclaimed and retour back to us.

If you’ve given us an invalid address or contact number causing the parcel to be rejected, we will not be responsible on resending the parcel to you and buyers will have to bear the additional cost.

All shipping charges will be standard courier rate as:

• Peninsular Malaysia: RM 6
• East Malaysia: RM 10
• FREE POSTAGE across Malaysia!!

Note:
In the event where the items run out of stock, you can choose to:

• Order another item of similar value.
• Order another item of lesser value and the remainder will be refunded to you.
• Order another item of greater value and top up the difference in amount.
• Get a full refund on the item.
