Warranty Claim

What is in our warranty policy?

• All our Anker products come with a 18 months one-to-one warranty.
• All warranty will be handled by the authorized distributor.
• All free gifts and accessories are not covered by the warranty policy.
• All powerbank purchase from re-seller are not covered by the warranty policy.

Warranty Claim Procedures:

• Contact our after sales support team: powerbankteam@gmail.com.
• Provide us in email; your name, contact number, invoice number, model variant, color, and powerbank malfunction symptoms.
• Our after sales support team will get in touch with you within the next 48 hours so that we can provide you with complete return instructions.
• Before you send it in original packaging box to us, please kindly send us a few images/video clips on the defected parts so we can advise on further instruction.
• You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our hand, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased item(s) to us.
• Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage. We recommend that you use a reliable courier service such as Pos Laju Malaysia with parcel tracking services.
• If the product is found defect after being test by us, we will send back to Anker for 1 to 1 warranty claim, this process shall be completed in 14 - 21 working days.

This warranty does not apply to:

• Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire or other acts of nature or external causes.
• Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not authorized service provider.
• Damage to a product that has been modified or altered.
• Self physical damage caused by customer.
• Defects caused by abuse or misuse of the product.
• If the customer is unable to provide the Proof of Purchase and fulfill all the requirement was listed above.
